Ingredients
60 ml of Bourbon
15 ml of Simple Syrup
1 of Egg White
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
a pinch of Nutmeg
Instructions
1. In a shaker, combine the bourbon, simple syrup, egg white, and orange bitters.
2. Dry shake the mixture (without ice) vigorously to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coup or coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a pinch of grated nutmeg on top.
