45 ml of Gin

15 ml of Maraschino Liqueur

15 ml of Crème de Violette

15 ml of Fresh Lemon Juice

1. Chill your cocktail shaker by filling it with ice and letting it sit for a minute.

2. Empty the ice from the shaker and add gin, maraschino liqueur, crème de violette, and fresh lemon juice.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

5. Garnish with a cherry or a lemon twist if desired.
